Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.23 dated 07.02.2026, registered under Sections 118(1), 126(2), 191(3), 190, 351(2), 351(3) and 118 (2) of BNS added later on (corresponding to Sections 324, 341, 148, 149 and 506 IPC), and Section 326 IPC added later on, at Police Station Bilga, District Jalandhar Rural. 2. This Court, vide order dated 23.04.2026, had directed that the petitioner shall join the investigation and the petitioner shall be released on interim bail on his furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer.
