(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 (Section 438 Cr.P.C.) in case bearing FIR No.0021 dated 18.01.2025 under Sections 406, 420, 120B IPC (Sections 316, 318(4) and 61 of BNS, 2023) registered at Police Station Tripri, District Patiala. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.04.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 28.04.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
