Prayer in this second petition, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438 Cr.P.C.), is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of FIR No.66 dated 20.05.2021, under Sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 148, 149, 201 IPC at Police Station Bhargo Camp, District Jalandhar. 2. While disposing of first anticipatory bail petition on 10.08.2021, following order was passed: “(i) Case is being taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic. (ii) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the instant petition. (iii) The same is not opposed to by learned State Counsel. (iv) Accordingly, in the light of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition under Sec
