The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and take action on their representation dated 14.05.2026 (Annexure P-5). 2.
