(Oral) In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the appointment letter dated 11.10.2025 (Annexure P-12) to the limited extent whereby the tenure of the petitioner has been restricted upto 25.04.2026. The petitioner has also challenged the order dated 20.04.2026 (Annexure P-13) vide which the petitioner has been directed to be relieved from service w.e.f. 25.04.2026. The petitioner has further prayed for issuance of direction to the respondents for grant of revised pay-scale as per the recommendation of the 7th Pay Commission. 2.
