The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 11.02.2026 (Annexure P-1), vide which the petitioner has made a request to re-calculate his retiral dues as well as his pension on the ground that he has received lesser retiral benefits and is drawing a lesser pension as compared to his colleagues. 2. After arguing the case for sometime and realizing that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as the petitioner stood retired from service in the year 2011 and the instant petition has been filed in the year 2026 and that too without any detailed facts, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition. 3.
