(now Section 482 BNSS, 2023) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 03 dated 03.01.2026, registered under Sections 21/29/61 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar. 2. This Court, vide order dated 21.04.2026, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). 3.
