(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the orders dated 17.09.2015 and 27.04.2016, and final report dated 15.03.2018, Annexures P-4, P-6 and P-7, respectively, whereby the petitioner’s claim for counting his previous service as qualifying service for pensionary benefits, has been declined. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought directing the respondent/Department to count the previous service rendered by him against sanctioned post in a Government aided school for pensionary benefits, and to release the revised pension with arrears. 2.
