Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, in case FIR No. 3 dated 03.01.2025, registered under Sections 18-B, 20, 21-C, 22-C of NDPS Act and Sections 42, 52-A of Prisons Act, 1894 (later on added offence under Section 28, 29, 30, 61, 85 of NDPS Act) at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran. 2.
