(Oral) The present second petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.100 dated 15.09.2025 registered under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190 [Sections 117(2) and 118(2) added later on] of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Ghanie Ke Bangar, District Batala, after the first petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed vide a detailed order dated 12.02.2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 2.
