Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Parmod Kumar, DDPO, Mahendergarh, submits that admitted liability would be discharged within four months from today subject to verification. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent may be subjected to interest @ 12% per annum from the date of passing bills. 4.
