Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 331/2023 dated 14.07.2023, registered at Police Station Madhu Vihar, for commission of offences under Sections 377/406/498A/34 IPC, Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Section 4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Rughts on Marriage) Act, 2019 along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.
