Status report by way of affidavit of Lalit Kumar PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police Sub Division Fatehgarh Churian Police District Batala has been filed on behalf of State and the same is taken on record. 2. As per allegations on 17.11.2025 while Police team was present at Adda Qila Lal Singh, Gurdaspur, one secret informant gave information that 2 persons are coming together riding motorcycle No.PB-02-DA-4332 and are possessed with intoxicating substances. On getting by information, naka was installed and thereupon the accused were apprehended. 3. Petitioner- Sahilpreet Singh was driving a motorcycle, whereas other accused Varinder Singh is having in hand two polythene bags, one black coloured polythene envelope and other was transparent polythene envolepe wrapped with yellow tape was opened and checked. On the opening of the same, 492 gram
