This third petition has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner(s) in case bearing FIR No.298 dated 28.07.2023, registered under Section(s) 148, 149, 120-B, 302, 411, 476 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25(1) (a) of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Farukh Nagar, District Gurugram. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and he has been falsely implicated in the present case on the disclosure of co-accused. It is contended that all the material witnesses stand examined. It is submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 11.08.2023. He further submits that similarly placed co- accused/Sandeep @ Doctor has already been granted the concession of regular bail by this Court vide order dated 16.03.2026 passed by this Court
