Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail, in case, FIR No.121, dated 30.07.2025, under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 351(2), 324(4), 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Focal Point, District Ludhiana. 2. Today, on the very outset, learned State counsel informs that petitioner has already been arrested on 11.03.2026, and thereafter, challan was also presented on 09.05.2026. Even regular bail petition filed by the petitioner was also dismissed by the Court below. Thus, he submits that present petition can be disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructuous. 3.
