This is a petition under Section 482 of BNSS (corresponding Section 438 of Cr.P.C) for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 62 dated 24.02.2026 under Sections 18(b) of NDPS Act, 1985 but during investigation Section 27-A of NDPS Act has been added, registered at Police Station City Tohana District Fatehabad. 2. Brief facts of the prosecution case are that on 24.02.2026, a police team headed by SI Surender Singh, acting on secret information, apprehended co-accused Mohammad Abul Alam (son of Mohammad Seraj Alam) and Mohammad Hadeesh Miyan (son of Sahud Miyan). From their possession, a total of 2 kg 803 grams of opium, packed in 7 pouches, was recovered in the presence of Sanjay Kumar, DSP, Bhattu Kalan.
