(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.252 dated 11.11.2024 registered under Sections 103(2), 190, 191(3) and 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Sadar Ambala, District Ambala. 2. The aforesaid FIR was registered on the statement of Mohit Kumar Yadav son of Sh. Devi Parshad. The translated version thereof reads thus:- “My younger brother, Vishal alias Vishu, age 21, worked at a bangle shop in the cloth market on Shukla Kund Road, Ambala city. Yesterday on 10.11.2024 at about 9.00 A.M. deceased Vishal @Vishu had gone to his job and about 10.45 P.M.
