The petitioner is seeking regular bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) in FIR No. 291 dated 04.09.2025 under Sections 22 (c) and 29 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bilaspur, Yamuna Nagar. 2. The case of the prosecution is that an FIR was registered on the basis of secret information, pursuant to which co-accused Abdul was apprehended with 1,032 capsules of PROXIOHM-SPAS weighing 645 grams. During interrogation, another co-accused, Sunny, made a disclosure statement implicating the petitioner as being involved in the alleged offence. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
