(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case registered against him vide FIR No.112 dated 24.02.2026 under Sections 115, 3(5), 324(4), 333 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding Sections 321, 34, 427, 452 and 506 IPC) at Police Station Azad Nagar, District Hisar. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 17.04.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 17.04.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
