The parties despite service have not put in appearance nor instructed their counsel to appear in this case. The said act and conduct of the parties transpires that they are not interested to pursue this appeal. Therefore, the matter is consigned to the record room, with liberty to the parties to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before this Forum, if the need arises.
