Learned State Counsel refers to the para 14 of the status report filed by way of affidavit dated 23.01.2026 of Assistant Commissioner of Police (Central), Commissionerate Jalandhar, which reads as under: 14. That despite repeated and diligent efforts, including multiple raids at the known and suspected locations and the addresses given by the petitioner, of the respondent no.6, to secure his arrest by the Police Station Rama Mandi but he could not be arrested. The respondent no.6 has deliberately evaded the process of law and is absconding. His conduct clearly reflects a willful intent to abscond and frustrate lawful proceedings. Efforts are being made to secure his arrest. Report no.13521-PC dated 02.12.2025 to this effect is annexed herewith as Annexure no.R1. 2. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. 3. Ordered
