In the present regular second appeal, the appellant is aggrieved against the judgments passed by the learned Courts below, whereby, the order passed by the respondent-Board to an extent of stoppage of 02 annual increments without cumulative effect was upheld and the suit filed by the appellant was dismissed by the learned Courts below. 2. At the very outset, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that during the pendency of the present appeal, the appellant has retired on attaining the age of superannuation, as such, the present appeal has rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of. 3. In view of the above submission, the present appeal is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. RAMANDEEP SINGH
