(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.0027 dated 07.11.2025 under Sections 7, 13(1)(b) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered at Police Station State Vigilance Bureau, District Faridabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 13.03.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Shoran Pal submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 13.03.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
