The short grouse raised on behalf of the petitioners/landowners is that the application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 preferred at their instance has not been adjudicated upon by respondent No.2. Learned State counsel informs that the application preferred at the instance of the petitioners/landowners shall be decided within two months from today after affording opportunity of hearing to them by way of passing a speaking order thereafter.
