Appellant-Royal Capital Services, has filed the present appeal seeking leave to appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 29.07.2013, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandigarh, in Criminal Complaint Case No. 26953/2011 (instituted on 25.08.2005), under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, as amended up to date, read with Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. By the impugned judgment, the complaint filed by the appellant has been dismissed and the accused has been acquitted. 2.
