A.G., Haryana. 22K 2K SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Impugned order dated 16.09.2024 (P-10) and order dated 20.12.2023 (P-7) vide which the candidature of the petitioner as well as the claim of the petitioner for appointment on the post in question has been rejected in a totally illegal and arbitrary manner and in complete violation of settled principles of law, despite the fact that petitioner is duly eligible, qualified and more meritorious, same being illegal, arbitrary and against the settled principles of law and in violation of the principles of natural justice; After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. A
