This is second round of litigation. The petitioner on the earlier occasion preferred CWP-31807-2024 seeking direction to respondent to release his payment of Rs.22,46,150/- with respect to light and sound services rendered by him during Lok Sabha Elections-2024. The petition was disposed of vide order dated 26.11.2024 with a direction to respondent to release due amount within three months.
