Brief facts of the case are that on 06.02.2025, ASI Kulwinder Singh, along with other police officials, was on patrolling duty and checking suspicious persons while proceeding towards Village Nanda Chaur, Pajoditta side. When the police party reached the area of Village Aahra Kunta, they noticed a person standing on a kachha path who, upon seeing the police, attempted to slip away. On suspicion, he was apprehended. Upon inquiry, the individual disclosed his name as Roshan Lal, son of Gurdas Ram, resident of Village Nanda Chaur, Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur. A search POONAM n
