In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to provide application form/file to the petitioner in order to apply for arms license. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in spite of making various efforts, the respondents are not providing the application form to the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has also submitted representation dated 23.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 for providing the application form in order to apply for arms licence. 3.
