SARITA RANI 2026.05.06 17:31 I attest to the accuracy of this document/order RSA No.1359 of 2000 (O&M) 2026:PHHC:070338 COCP No.1334 of 2003 (O&M) 3. The dispute pertains to a property measuring 1500 square yards situated in Narnaul town. The case set up by the plainff was that the suit property originally formed part of Nazul land, which had been auconed by the Government and purchased by Khyali Ram and others in Samvat 1926. It was pleaded that the said vendees had subsequently transferred the property to the ancestors of the plainff and, in a family se+lement, the property in queson fell to the share of the plainff. Claiming himself to be owner in possession, and alleging interference at the hands of the defendant, the plainff instuted a suit seeking a decree of permanent injuncon restraining the defendant from interfering in his possession and enjoyment of the suit property. 4. The defendant contested the suit by asserng that the property in queson did not belong to the plainff, but was owned by the idol of Temple Shri Chamunda Devi. He claimed that he was serving as a pujari and was in possession of the property on behalf of the temple. It was further pleaded that an ido
