In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to release of retiral benefits. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents-State submits that the case of the petitioner for grant of retiral benefits was duly considered by the department and the same has been rejected vide order dated 30.03.2026. A copy of the order dated 30.03.2026 has been handed over to the counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner in Court today. 3. In light of the statement given by learned counsel appearing on behalf of State, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order, i
