(Oral) The present petition under Section 528, BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners, for quashing of FIR No.268 dated 14.09.2022 (Annexure P-1), for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 354-A, 506 and 509 of IPC (Section 354-A and 509 of IPC deleted, whereas Section 325 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station City Ateli, District Mahendergarh, with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 19.06.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Vide order dated 21.07.2025, the affected parties were directed to appear before the learned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate, for getting their respective statements recorded with regard to the compromise.
