The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for considering the case of petitioner on compassionate ground as per instruction/notification dated 08.05.1995 (p-8), another instruction/notification dated 31.08.1995 (P-9) and further upon notification dated 28.02.2003 (P-10) and notification dated 02.08.2019 (P-11) the Government of Haryana framed “Haryana Compassionate Assistance to the Dependents of deceased Government Employee Rules 2003” 2.
