By way of present petition, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case bearing FIR No.0345 dated 26.11.2025, under Sections 109, 111, 221, 132, 3(5) BNS and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Dera Bassi, SAS Nagar. 2. Brief facts of the case are that the present FIR was registered on secret information received by the police that accused persons, namely Harwinder Singh @ Bhola, Mohammad Sameer, Lakhwinder Singh and present petitioner Rohit Sharma, were members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and were allegedly involved in conducting reconnaissance (rekki) and supplying arms and ammunition to gangsters. It was further alleged that on 26.11.2025, they were coming from Ambala to Chandigarh to execute a crime.
