(Oral) By means of present petition, the order dated 23.02.2023 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar in CIS No.CHI-1105- 2016 titled as “State of Punjab Vs. Rohit Malhan etc.” arising out of case bearing FIR No.171 dated 06.09.2014 registered under Sections 279, 337, 338, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar Jalandhar, District Jalandhar, declaring the petitioner as a proclaimed person is challenged. 2. Learned State Counsel informs this Court that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has since then been released on bail. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State Counsel, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 4. Pending application(s), if any, shall als
