This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.322 dated 25.12.2025 for the commission of offence punishable under Section 125 [Sections 111 & 341(2) added later on] of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 25 [Section 27 deleted later on] of Arms Act, Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur. 2.
