This is a petition filed under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, for quashing of FIR No.318, dated 12.10.2025, under Sections 110, 115, 351(3) BNS, at Police Station Sector 27 Sonipat, District Sonipat (Annexure P-1) and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 28.02.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2.
