Ms. Deepali Verma, AAG, Haryana. SURYA PARTAP SINGH, J. (Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.10 dated 15.01.2026 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319 [Sections 241 and 61(2) added later on], of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, Police Station Cyber South, District Gurugram. 2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Deepak Chugh’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only. It was stated stated by the above named complainant that on 08.09.2025 he was contacted through a message on ‘Telegram’ and then shifted to whatsapp, whereby he was introduced to a global trading site by ‘Ms. Aishwarya Deshpande’
