The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for quashing of order dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-5), passed by the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Taran in case arising out of FIR No. 84 dated 10.05.2024, registered under Section 61 of the Excise Act, 1914, whereby the petitioner had been declared a proclaimed person. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He was granted concession of bail by the learned trial Court, vide order dated 08.07.2024 and was regularly appearing before the learned trial Court.
