Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the petitioners are major, though, petitioner No.2 is not of the marriageable age. She has submitted that both the petitioners are living in a live-in-relationship against the wishes of respondents No.4 & 5 and have sought protection to their life and liberty.
