Present petition has been filed by the petitioner – wife under Section 24 read with Section 151 CPC for transferring the petition (i.e. HMA/417/2024 titled as Kaushal Raj Sharma vs. Ritu Sharma) filed by the respondent - husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956 before the learned Family Court, Faridkot, Punjab to the Family Court of competent jurisdiction at Sirsa, Haryana. 2.
