2. This Court while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 13.05.2025, directed the parties to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording their statements with regard to the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, report dated 13.06.2025 has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram. A perusal of the said report reveals that statements of the concerned persons PARVEEN KUMAR 2026.05.07 16:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment. CRM-M-25262-2025 -2- have been recorded in the present case, who have stated that the matter has been settled between them and they have no objection in case the FIR in question is quashed. The compromise effected between them is genuine, without any undue influence and coercion. It is stated in the report that there were 9 accused, however, FIR qua 3 of them already stands quashed vide order dated 09.09.2024, and the remaining are now facing trial.
