Daily Lok Adalat Bench No.1 504 FAO-5401-2003 Rishi Pal V/S The Commissioner under Workmen’s Compensation Act and others Present: None for the appellant. Mr. Sandeep Suri, Advocate with Mr. Vivek Suman, AM for respondent No.7-National Insurance Company Limited. **** Since none had been appearing on behalf of the appellant, notice was issued to him to appear in person before this Forum to explore the possibility of settlement. However, the report indicates that the appellant has been served through affixation as not present at the time of service. The appellant despite service has not put in appearance nor instructed his counsel to appear in this case. The said act and conduct of the appellant transpires that he is not interested to pursue the appeal. Therefore, the matter is consigned to the record room, with liberty to the appellant to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before this Forum, if the need arises. A copy of this order be sent to the appellant at the given address as well as to his counsel, so that they could take appropriate steps for revival of the same. (J.C.
