(Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.178 dated 16.05.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 15-C/27-A/29 and 31 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Sadar Fatehabad, District Fatehabad. 2. In nut-shell, the facts emerging from record are that the FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘ASI Bhupender Singh’, who had reported that on 16.05.2025, when he was leading a team of police officials deputed for crime prevention duty, he received a tip-off from a reliable source that ‘Hardeep Singh’ and ‘Akashdeep Singh’ were involved in the smuggling of poppy husk, and that they were transporting a hug
