It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.190 dated 06.08.2024, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 190 and 191(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Ambala Sadar, District Ambala. 2.
