The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 219 dated 30.05.2025 under Sections 115, 140(3), 3(5) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 (Section 3 of SC & ST Act, 1989 added later on) registered at Police Station City Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2.
