(Section 528 of BNSS, 2023) for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2025 (Annexure P-6) in case FIR No.03 dated 29.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 308(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of BNS and Section 13(1)(b) read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act (added later on) at Police Station ACB, Ambala District Anti Corruption Bureau, Haryana. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to the grant of bail, the respondent No.2/accused has got registered a cross-FIR bearing FIR No.0084 dated 18.04.2026 U/s 318(4) of BNSS, 2023, P.S. Cheeka, District Kaithal and therefore, bail granted
