Prayer in the present petition is to transfer of investigation in FIR No.341 dated 09.11.2025, under Section 58 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Safidon, District Jind from the local police to CBI or in the alternative to an independent agency/Special Investigation Team headed by officers not connected with District Jind. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted before this Court that FIR No.341 under Section 58 of the NDPS Act was registered against respondent No.5. He has submitted that on investigation in a deliberated manner, cancellation report has been filed on 30.04.2026 in a clandestine manner so as to give benefit to respondent No.5. 3.
