By way of the present petition filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case bearing FIR No.185 dated 12.10.2025 registered under Sections 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 324(4), 333, 351(3), 61(2) and 111 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) at Police Station Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad. 2. In the present case, petitioner and co-accused came in a White car armed with axes and iron rods, entered the house of the complainant and inflicted injuries upon him.
