(Oral) 1 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 06.05.2025 (Annexure P-15) passed by learned Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa and order dated 23.12.2023 (Annexure P-11) passed by learned Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Sirsa. 2. In terms of the order dated 30.04.2026 passed by this Court, cost of Rs.5,000/- stands paid. 3. At the outset, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondents-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to her and has raised a preliminary objection as regards the maintainability of the present writ petition by submitting that the orders which are impugned in the present writ petition are amenable to revision in terms of Section 53(4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
